Susan's Retreat is located not far from the downtown area of Niagara Falls.
Many attractions, such as the falls, the casino, Clifton Hill and shops are in walking distance or only a few minutes away by car.
Shopping is nearby. Also a 24 hrs supermarket is only 2 minutes away by car.
Susan's Retreat offers efficiency units in a smoke and dog free (allergy) atmosphere not far from the downtown area of Niagara Falls, Canada.
It is not your everyday sleeping place but much, much more. You can relax in the cosy and casual environment of this house which makes you feel right at home and it should be your home away from home for some time.
Susan's Retreat is the perfect place for your headquarter not only to explore Niagara Falls and its attractions but also for scouting the beautiful peninsula.

We offer a newly renovated, very beautiful apartment with loft in the upper floor and a bachelor type suite on the main floor which also recently has been completely renovated.
There will be some coffee and cold drinks in the fridge that you may quench your thirst.
A deck with the possibility of barbecue, also a sun deck for sun bathing is waiting for you.

Susan's Retreat is offering you:
• efficiency units which provide privacy and all needed amenities to make a longer stay comfortable
• A very beautiful and extraordinarily renovated apartment with loft which can sleep 7 to 8 people
• A very nice bachelor suite type accommodation, also with bathroom, kitchen corner, queen size bed and a futon. Up to 4 people will be able to sleep in this one
• Linen and towels supplied.
• FREE, of course: High speed wireless Internet, cable TV, laundry, ironing board and parking.
• Prices: depending on season how, long you will stay with us and how many persons will come - but very moderate (our guests mention this quite often). Please enquire by phone or e-mail.
We do nor charge any cleaning fee after staying with us.
To guarantee your reservation please do this as soon as possible and for the high season we recommend 2 to 3 month or longer ahead. We accept pay pal.

Our upper Apartment:

Our apartment sleeps up to 8 people. A separate entrance guarantees complete privacy.
We recently have renovated this beautiful apartment with a loft.
The loft has 2 additional twin beds (and 1 or 2 matresses if needed) to accommodate a larger group.
The bed room has a queen size bed with a high and very relaxing mattress on which you will sleep like an innocent baby. Linen supplied, of course.
An 8' high and 4' wide mirror covers the wall in front of the bed.
The living room has comfy furniture like sofa, love seat and chair etc., also a sofa bed (queen-size) in a corner (sleeps 2) and, of course a TV.
There is a full 4 pc bathroom with a bathtub in which you can lie and recover (or take just a quick shower) after a day of sightseeing. You will find everything from face cloth to the bath towel.
The fully equipped kitchen features all appliances from coffee maker to the fridge, even with cutlery and china; you may prepare everything from breakfast to a gourmet dinner.

Our Suite:

Our suite has been completely renovated. We used lots of natural wood and it is very cozy.
It is similar in appearance as the apartment, just smaller. This is why it is also called "bachelor suite" or apartment en miniature.
However, it can accommodate comfortably 4 people.
You will find a queen bed and a futon. Different furniture and a closet make the room complete.
The bathroom has 3 pieces with a shower.
The kitchen corner has all necessary appliances and utensils which allows you to prepare breakfast or cook meals.
The suite also has a separate entrance.

The telephone in the apartment and suite may be used for free calls within North America.

Niagara Falls is well known as the "Honeymoon Capital of the World". We have had very happy Honeymooners in the past.

Directions From US Midwest & Ontario Take Highway 401 to Q.E.W. Niagara. When the Highway splits stay left and take the exit for Highway 420 labelled, "Bridge to USA" Take Highway 420 to the Falls. At Stanley Ave. (the first set of lights), turn left. At Bridge St (3rd light) turn right Turn left at Homewood Ave. (1 Block off Stanley) From Northeast US Take US 90 West towards Buffalo, New York In greater Buffalo you should then take exit #53 Sign for Exit 53 also says Bridge to Canada & US 190 North Drive approx. 8 miles and then take exit #9 to Peace Bridge Cross Peace Bridge into Canada Take hwy Q.E.W. Toronto/Niagara (Queen Elizabeth Way) Drive approximately 18 miles to Niagara Falls Take Hwy 420 to the Falls and at Stanley Ave. (the first set of lights), turn left. At Bridge St (3rd light) turn right and after 1 block (Homewood Av.) turn left.
