The charming traditional Villa is situated in the heart of the historic village of Armeno, 7km south of Rethymno. It is 300 years old and has been brilliantly renovated, keeping its traditional architectural features The house is a two floor house 165sqm in size with three bedrooms and can accommodate 6-8 people. It also has a private chlorine-free swimming pool and parking space as well as central heating when needed. Furthermore it is specially designed to facilitate access to the disabled. The house opens to a large stone paved patio and a secluded mature garden, where various fruit trees grows along with herbs and an abundance of colorful flowers, having also a dining space, barbeque and two more sitting areas. On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen and dinning area, which is connected to the sitting room with a beautiful wide stone arc, with a fireplace, TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system.
