The house is directly at the sea in a very quite part of Petrčane. In the front of the house is a big shady garden from which you can pass to the beach.

The house has five apartments, two on the ground floor, two on the first and one on the second floor. Parking place is in the back yard and in front of the house is a big garden with barbecue, deck chairs and shower.
Each apartment has a separate bedroom, living room with TV, SAT, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with an excellent view to the sea.

You will find here peace and quite crucial for a real vacation.
In Petrčane you can play tennis, minigolf or ride a bicycle. To experience the vivid nightlife there are Garden festival and few other during July and August.

Nearby are national parks like Kornati, Krka, Plitvice or Paklenica.

Coming from Zagreb, Rijeka or Split, and after leaving Zadar, you drive towards the royal town of Nin. After 12 km of driving in that direction, you turn left towards the village of Petrčane and after 2 km you turn right in the direction of Punta Skala. After another 2 km turn on the left and there you are.
