Los apartamentos están situados en el Borik Villa Adrian (= madera de pino), un bonito y tranquilo de la hermosa ciudad de Rovinj. Adrian Villa consta de tres apartamentos modernos y lujosos de diversos tamaños.

Descripción detallada:

The first apartment Ap."0" is about 45m² and suitable for 2-4 persons. It is furnished in a nice modern style and air-conditioned. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living-room with an extendible couch and a fully-fitted kitchen. The living-room is provided with a satellite-TV and a DVD-player.
The second apartment Ap."3" measures 48m² and it is also made for 2-4 persons. This one is also furnished with care and provided with air-condition. It consists of one bedroom with double bed and a little balcony; further it has one bathroom with shower, a nice living-/dining-room with an extendible couch, provided with a satellite-TV and a DVD-player, and one fully-fitted kitchen.
The third and biggest apartment Ap."1" is a very nice and elegant one; it measures 85m² and it is suitable for 4-5 persons. It has air-condition and it consists of a corridor, two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a separate kitchen and a living-/dining-room (extendible couch) provided with a satellite-TV, a DVD-player and a hi-fi system.

Each apartment has its own terrace, which is provided with garden furniture and loungers.
In front of the house there is one parking place for each apartment.

Descripción de los alrededores:

Villa Adrian is only about 2,5km from the town centre; a supermarket and a newspaper kiosk are not far away from the house, and even the beach is at only 3-4 minutes walk. The beach itself is made of shingle and rocks; here you have cafés, ice, gourmet restaurants, snacks, sports- and playing offers. And if you don’t want to use the car, take the taxi-boat, which takes off from a mole on the beach in regular time intervals.

By car: take the direction Pula and than the exit Rovinj/Kanfanar. At the end of the road turn left in direction Rovinj and than continue for about 15km, until you get to a roundabout (with an olive tree in the middle); here turn right in direction of Amarin. After some hundreds of meters on your right you will pass the driving and camping Porton Biondi; after it, at the first crossing turn left and continue in direction of Amarin. After the supermarket on your left, turn the first street left, named Miroslav Krleza. The second street left is Lodovico Brunetti, where Villa Adrian is situated at house number 13.

The apartments are at disposal after 3pm, and the day of departure they must be left before 10am. A stay under 4 nights increases the price of the apartments by 40%. In particular cases additional persons are allowed: baby beds 7€/day, all the others 20/day.
