An architect drawn house on a 6000 m2 land area by the ocean, in a very peaceful area which will allow you to completely relax and experience the nature. The house has 5 rooms plus a large kitchen. 5 beds are in the main building and 4 beds are situated in a guest house close to the main building. A 200 m2 terrace on the West, South and East side of the house. The house is situated on an island but is accessible by road. 10 minute travel from the city of Mariehamn and 30 minutes from Eckerö.

For families with children this is the perfect place as well for those who simply are looking for some time to relax and enjoy nature, take a break and do nothing at all. Breath the fresh air and then warm yourself in front of the fireplace, maybe curl up in the couch and read awhile. Åland is a diverse and widespread area for great fishing. You can hire a local fishing guide who can provide you with his best tips and advices, you certainly will get the most out of your trip. The house is available year round and has all the modern facilities including a jacuzzi. Floor heating in all rooms ensure comfort also during the winter season. The lights can be dimmed in all rooms to set a tone and ambiance for whatever you have planned.

Small boat rental can be arranged. Stunning small islands with crystal clear water at the harsh outer island archipelago just a few minutes by boat from the own jetty. Here the nature shifts continuously depending on the weather and wind.

The house can be rented shorter periods as well. Linen can be rented and cleaning can be arrange for a fee of 100 Euro.
