Situated in the lively heart of Platanias( quiet in winter), the resort suburb of Rethymnon. Regular bus services connect to the centre of town (6 km) and to Iraklion. There are restaurants, bars, taverns, shops, super markets and discos within easy reach. A small pool with sun beds (closed in winter). The sandy beach is approximately 150 metres away. During the high season a number of water sports are offered on the beach. (closed in winter)The studios (one room, 24 m/2) and 2 room apartments, 36 m/2, are attractively furnished and are equipped with a kitchen area, bath/WC, telephone, radio and balcony. All units have TV, aircondition at extra chanrge. The complex does not have it's own kitchen as there are many tavernas within easy reach. One can however book the budget breakfast at the reception upon arrival. PETS ARE WELCOME !!!The backland of Rethymnon presents many most scenic regions and interesting sites
