The guesthouse is located in the country area north of the Hanseatic town Stralsund and near by the national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft", the peninsula Darß and the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee.

Several museums in Stralsund show interesting expositions for young and old. The "Ozeaneum" got the award "Museum of the year" in 2010. The "Meeresmuseum" also attracts lots of visitors.
Nearby you will also find exhibitions about the national park, culture, history, and art. The large churches of the Hanseatic town Stralsund with their treasures are impressive.

Climb up the “St. Marien” steeple and you can look down from a height of 90 meters.
