Our non smoking bed and breakfast guesthouse is situated 1.100 m above sea level in sunny and quiet surroundings near to the centre of Rohrmoos amidst impressive mountain scenery. Ski slopes and lift are accessible within walking distance next to our house (10-20 steps!).

Our comfortable rooms are equipped with a bathroom including toilet, balcony, TV and wireless LAN. For a good start into the day we will spoil you with a rich breakfast buffet.
A cosy lounge invites to spending homey hours with your family or friends (parlor games are available). In the evenings we offer small snacks and drinks (extra charge).
A supermarket, restaurants, cafés as well as a dance hall and bars are located near our house in walking distance.

And for those who don't want to do without the pleasure of skiing even in the evening, the floodlight piste in Rohrmoos (500 metres away from our house) is just the right place.
