Our house is situated above Janov nad Nisou near Bedrichov, see bedrichov dot com, with a magnificent panoramo on the village. These places are located in a nature reserve at a height of about 800 meters. The environment is perfectly suited for walking (well indicated tours), mountainbiking, or just comfy touring by car in the mountains, enjoying a very varied landscape. During the winter you will have the opportunity to go alpine as well as cross country skiing. For both lessons and equipment, you only have to travel a few hundred meters. You can also visit Nisa in Bedrichov. You can bowl, play billiard and midgetgolf, or visit the disco all-in-one. When you are in Bedrichov you should have a look at the many pleasant restaurants in town.
It is possible to make some really interesting excursions within a range of 50 kilometres. You can go the Bohemian Paradise, or the Giant Mountains. To waterfalls, dripstone caves, impressive rock formations, castles, historical cities, glass factories, museums etc. Of course everybody must have visited Prague once in their lifetime. Prague is only 100 km away. We will be glad to give you some advice for a varied stay in the Czech Republic. The holiday home has a living with an open kitchen. The kitchen has a coffee maker, a water boiler, hot plates and a refrigerator. On the first floor you'll come across a toilet and a bathroom with a bath, shower and a washing machine. In the cupboard you'll find a spin dryer and a vacuum cleaner. Garden furniture (with a parasol) is also present. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. One with a double bed and three with two single beds. The beds are all supplied with single quilts. You'll have to take care of bedclothes yourself. It's forbidden to have pets in bed.

Nature

In the Czech Republic you can really enjoy nature. This is possible in various ways. You can go for a walk, go mountain biking or you can just take the car for a relaxing tour in the environs. In the surroundings of our accommodations there are a view areas that are absolutely worth a visit.
Jizera Mountains (Jizerské Hory):

Bedrichov lays in the Jizera Mountains. These mountains are perfectly suited for making walks (the routes are well marked), or comfy tours by car in the mountains, enjoying a very varied landscape.
Giant Mountains (Krkonose):

These mountains are special because of the differences in altitude. The area is sprinkled with marked paths and ways, which all start at the tourist centers. The curling paths lead you over breathtaking mountain ridges and peaks.
Bohemian Paradise (Cesky Raj):

At the feet of the Jizera Mountains lays the Bohemian Paradise. A reserve with capricious limestone rocks which can have a height of over 70 meters.

The area is perfectly suited for mountain biking. During the winter you can enjoy alpine and cross country skiing all day long. You can also go mountain climbing, rafting, or just walking in the environs. There are several golf courses near our accommodations. Skiing

There are 7 ski lifts and the langlauf magistrale (cross country skiing) in the direct environs.For both lessons and equipment, you only have to travel a few hundred meters. There is a larger ski run in Severak 2 kilometers away from our pensions. Swimming

If you like to swim there are plenty of opportunities for you. You can take a swim in Bedrichov, in the big reservoir in Jablonec (7 km away), or in the modern subtropical baths of Babylon in Liberec. This is a true swimmers paradise with giant water slides, a funnel, whirlpools, a solarium and a sauna. In the Bohemian Paradise and the Giant Mountains, you can go mountain climbing, abseiling and rafting.

Como encontrarnos:

Drive to Liberec and follow Jablonec nad Nisou. In Jablonec you choose for Bedrichov/Janov nad Nisou. After the small village Loucna you go immediately left, over the bridge and immediately right to Hranicna. After the big GSM Antenna on your right hand you will find in 500 meter, the house at the right.
