This fine property nestles in the hills above Puerto del Carmen in the Canarian Village of La Asomada. You are only a 5 minutes drive away from the District Town of Tias, Lanzarote’ s main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the renowned marina of Puerto Calero.
Casita Canaria offers two bedrooms, one twin and one double, one bathroom, large lounge and fully equipped modern kitchen. Adjacent is a self contained studio with double sofa bed, shower room and small kitchen. This holiday home is perfect for a family with a grand parent or a family friend.
All bedrooms have good sized wardrobes with drawers and hanging space and two units have a built-in safe.
The spacious and light lounge with its full size sliding glass doors on to the upper terrace has sunning sea views over the country side. There are dining facilities for 6 persons, satellite TV, DVD, CD and radio. Comfortable soft furnishings and ample reading material and games will give you pleasure while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.
The modern kitchen offers full electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Apart from the usual electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster there are many more useful kitchen utensils provided.
Outside there are two terraces, the upper terrace has a shaded area with seating facilities and the lower terrace has the 8m. 4m. heated salt water pool, so no chemicals are used in this pool. Here too you will fine a barbeque , dining for six persons and six comfortable sun-lounges. The whole property is wall surrounded.
