Located in a beautiful, and remote area of County Kerry in Southern Ireland, our three bedroom, furnished holiday accommodation would be ideal for your holidays for any time throughout the year.

The property sits in its own grounds of just under 2 acres. There is plenty of room in the grounds for the children to play, whilst you relax soaking up the views of the river Shannon.

The cottage has two double bedrooms, one of which is fitted with a large double bed and the other with two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. There is a fold away bed available for a child in the larger of the double bedrooms, thereby sleeping 6 in total. The bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, drawers and side cabinets.

There is a small cosy lounge fitted with a leather chesterfield suite, display cabinets, raised electric flame effect fire, nest of small tables, TV and Video players. The lounge has two windows with views to the front.

The kitchen/dinning room is very large and is well equipped and includes electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer.

In front of the cottage there is trail which takes you down to the secluded beach.

The village of Tarbert is approximately 15 minutes walk and here you will find local and welcoming pubs and restaurants, an internet cafe, bank as well as the local supermarket and post office. As you approach the village there is a lovely and tranquil walk through The John F Leslie Woodland Walk down to Tarbert Island and the ferry. Then why not catch the ferry as a foot passenger and cross the Shannon to County Claire for a coffee and a bite to eat. from the return ferry crossing you will find marvellous views all around you.

The village of Tarbert is approximately a 15 minute walk, Tarbert Bridewell where tourists are invited to relive The Court House Drama of being 'Sent Down' in the Bridewell of the 1830's and to follow the wretched life of Thomas Dillon as he is charged with wilful trespass and witness spine chilling recreation with life size models, is to the left as you enter the village on the ferry road. You will also pass the start of The John F Leslie Woodland Walk on your way to the village.

Supermarkets, post offices, pubs, restaurants, internet cafe, pharmacy and doctor's surgery can all be found in Tarbert
