This apartment is in the same building and on the same floor as the 3 room apartment.
It has a very nice kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, deep freeze, coffee mashine, toaster, etc. ) , Bathroom with shower and WC. hair dryer. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a television. In the living room, a sofa which can also be opened up into a double bed, bean bags , Television, DVD, a floccati carpet and a romantic oven (additionally to the central heating) which can be heated with wood. Near the kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs. Both appartments have in common a washing room downstairs with a washing mashine and a dryer.

In the vicinity of Salzburg there are many beautiful places for excursions, like the Untersberg, the lakes region Salzkammergut, the ice caves in Werfen, the salines in Hallein, the Königssee in Berchtesgaden and many more.

Como encontrarnos:
Von der Autobahn Ausfahrt Flughafen, über den Kreisverkehr gerade aus, durch die Unterführung und bei der Ampel links in die Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse. Am Ende der Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse rechts in die Maxglaner Hauptstrasse. Nach paar Hundert Meter kommt eine kleine Brücke, wo es ganz leich bergauf geht. Gleich nach der Brücke links in die Straubingerstrasse und am Ende der Straubingerstrasse links in die Ganshofstrasse. Es ist dann das zweite Haus links, ein hellgrünes Haus. Gleich nach dem Haus ist die Einfahrt in den Hof wo sich der Parkplatz befindet.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung
Eine hübsche Wohnung, freundlich und hell, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ein kleiner Spaziergang jedoch führt schnell ins Zentrum. Bushaltsestelle ist auch nicht weit entfernt.

hard to find a fault
We had the pleasure of staying in the 2 room apartment for four weeks over Christmas and New Year. The amenities were fine, the kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had an overall feel of cleanliness about it.
The area is peaceful and an easy 20 minute walk into the old town. The WIFI worked flawlessly for the full four weeks.
I would heartily recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment
Very good location, the apartment is near a station bus, near a supermarket. There is a parking for our car.
The photography are true !! The apartment is beautiful, notably the first room, very nice. The apartment is very clean, good kitchen equipment.
The internet is ok.
Ruth is very kindly, when we arrive, there is a map plan of Salzbourg on the kitchen table !!
I advise this apartment, all is ok !!!

great apartment
My husband and I spent 4 days in Ruth's apartment in Salzburg. It is very conveniently located, a short walk to the center and to the Festspielhaus and in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is excellently equiped . The beds are very comfortable, there is a TV in every room, also a few books to read and the kitchen is the best equiped kitchen we ever had in a holiday apartment. Ruth also prepared a lot of information for us about sightseeing and the actual theater and concert programms. The apartment was meticulously clean and very comfortable. If we return to Salzburg we will certainly come back here.

Beurteilung der Zweizimmerwohnung
Sie entsprach korrekt den Angaben im Online-Inserat. Sie war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodaß man sich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Der Vermieter hatte viele Informationen über die Stadt, die Umgebung und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bereitgelegt. Wir erhielten auch im Vorfeld per Mail konkrete Tips, wo man zum Geburtstag gut Essen gehen könnte. Die Anfahrt war gut beschrieben, sodaß die Straße und das Haus auch ohne Navi gefunden werden konnte. Obwohl der Vermieter bei unserer Ankunft nicht persönlich anwesend sein konnte, gelangten wir problemlos an den Schlüssel der Wohnung. Besonders wohltuend empfanden wir die Ruhe im Haus und in der Straße. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt, konnte man auf den Bus warten und völlig stresslos und besonders preisgünstig mit dem 24-Ticket ins Zentrum fahren. Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt befanden sich ebenfalls unweit der Wohnung. Wir werden gern wiederkommen und auch unseren Freunden und Bekannten diese Wohnung empfehlen.
